Sorry but prostate cancer with bone metastasis is not curable, however it is treatable. I know a man who had stage four prostate cancer who was able to return to work driving a log truck after treatment with taxol. I've lost track of him so not sure how he is doing now but he had already lived much longer than the Drs had originally thought would be possible. Here are some web pages that may be of some help.
