Prostate cancer is so rare in young men that there are no statistics available for the disease incidence in men under 35. It's extremely rare in men under 50; over 80% of men diagnosed with it are over 65 and half of all cases occur in men over 75. I think the answer to your question must be no.

It's very rare, but the types of prostate or testicular cancer in the pediatric population is a sarcoma . . in the case of prostate it is usually a type of cancer called embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma although desmoplastic small round cell tumor can also occur in this age group.
