I had friend that had prostate cancer, once his cancer spread to his brain it was pretty much over. he lasted a few couple of weeks.

This is not a good place to ask this question because there is a new medicine that comes out every day. This is a well studied cancer and can be treated possibly with good results. It all depends on his health, age and what kind of shape he is in to tolerate the drugs.

you know, sometimes people with the worst prognosis end up getting better, even though the medical profession has said they are hopeless. i believe that in the end, it is God's choice, so gather everybody together, and start praying. prayer has worked miracles in many cases, i hope all goes well for your friend. good luck.

This is a very serious situation, but you probably already know that. Some people end up living far longer than they are diagnosed - has a lot to do with how determined they are to live, and sometimes what lifestyle changes they can make such as eating a seriously restricted diet, taking supplements, exercising seriously, praying medicating - these are all the things people I know did who basically beat unbeatable cancer.
