no further treatment for the cancer and approximately 1.5 years since the surgery and treatment. PSA levels are under 2

I used to offer life insurance, they like to see a five year cancer free time period. Go to an independant agent who has access to numerous companies. Each life insurance company has different underwriting guidlines.
