I don't know about the various stages of prostate cancer. They cut half of the penile skin off by the mutilation of circumcision for no good reason, except to make money for the doctors. Circumcision is the worst hoax ever perpetrated on the male sex. A foreskin is not a birth defect; it is a birthright. ERIC

there is no such thing as stage 9 cancer. stage IV is the worst kind and it is terminal. also, the prostate is inside the body, not in the penis. so, unless the cancer spreads down there i'm pretty sure they're not going to cut it off.

The prostate is an internal organ wrapped around the urethra (piss tube) between the bladder and the penis. When the prostate cancer is advanced then the prostate has to be surgically removed. A small portion of the urethra is removed with it and the cut ends are sewn back together to make a new tube. Unless the cancer has spread to the penis - a very unusual situation - the penis will not be modified or removed. After a prostate operation it is necessary to have a catheter inserted into the bladder through the penis whilst the urethra heals. In a very small number of cases with elderly men, the foreskin is too tight to allow a catheter to be safely and easily passed. In these few cases it may be necessary to perform a circumcision to allow the meatus (piss slit) to be visible. This is the only surgery that might need to be done on the penis.
