prostate cancer and prostate infections actually hurt at the tip of your penis with ejaculation. i know it seems far removed from the prostate, but that is where you feel it. i have had a prostate infection and my uncle has advanced prostate cancer. we both had pain at the tip of our penis. as it progressed i began to spot blood after ejaculation. at first i wrote it off as from my wife and didnt realize it was me.

Prostate cancer doesn't appear until men reach age 50+. Teens do not have that problem.
