This is not a good place to be, my friend not at all.IT will get into the spine,liver,bladder & possibly even hips..IF the time zone is favorable,please get the Prostate removed..Take some more years. My very best wishes to you..All the very best..

Prostate cancer nearly always metastasizes to the bones first. If it has than it is a stage 4. His oncologist should be explaining what is next, as he knows his cancer and what treatment he has already had. If the bone mets are causing pain he may be referred to a radiation oncologist.

well its advanced so really they don't do much now,only experiment on you. chemo radiation radioactive seeds are implanted to shrink the tumor. slow it down but it metasis where ever it wants its in the blood stream all organs in that area will be infected. maybe searchin you can find mor options: pray for him ask him to pray for healing. Miracles still happen.

i am a 14 year old male, i have found two lumps on the bottom of both testis about 1.5mm by 1.5mm circles is this prostate cancer

Those would be the nodes at the end of each semen tube. The proper anatomical terms escape me, but you are fine. Plus, your prostate is nowhere near your testes. You would need to examine yourself rectally (not that I suggest you do) to check for a cancer in that region.

Some symptoms include: A need to urinate frequently, especially at night; Difficulty starting urination or holding back urine; Weak or interrupted flow of urine; Painful or burning urination; Difficulty in having an erection; Painful ejaculation; Blood in urine or semen; or Frequent pain or stiffness in the lower back, hips, or upper thighs.
