Nobody really knows the cause but no, masturbation doesn't cause it or increase the chances.

For goodness sakes there is no reason to ask this question repeatedly and changing names fools no one.

The statistical evidence suggests it actually REDUCES the chances of developing prostate cancer, which makes sense if you understand what the prostate actually does; not using any "piece of equipment" on a regular basis is generally not the way to keep it "healthy"....if you bought a brand new lawn mower and did not use it for three years, you wouldn't really expect it to start on first try, would you? Silly goose!
