if so, how do I solve this if I have no girl to have sexual relations with?

No it does not, abstinence will prevent you from getting nasty diseases however. If you are concerned about a back up down there, I recommend relieving it yourself. If your worried about how to get a girl, do not bring this up to her and you should be fine.

I don't believe that that is true..... plus if your young you don't really need to worry about prostate cancer all that much. Just make sure you get checked out by your doctor.

Well a good flushing of the testes promotes a healthy prostrate. If you are a male,I'm shure one way or another you will relieve yourself.
