Yes it is.. but I would say more of testicular cancer, not prostate. Testicular cancer is VERY bad but you can be healed if you have it removed/treated in time.. A lot of well known people have had this.. including Tom Green and that biker guy I can't remember his name. Good luck! RPSWIMGIRL - grow up.

yes this can be. But to be sure of a correct diagnoses please consult a doctor. You should check yourself monthly for theese lumps to prevent any late treatments.

If it is red and raised.. it could be an ingrown hair. I got that when I was 16 or so.. I almost passed out. lol. If it is red and sore.. just take a hot washcloth and hold it up against it for a while.. It will loosen it up,

More likely testicular cancer if there is a lump on your scrotum. You should def. get it checked AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. This is a very serious disease and if caught early enough can be treated. But, Definately go to a doctor and have him/her diagnose whatever it may be. Better to be safe than sorry. Edit~ You can get testicular cancer at 18. I've actually heard from physicians that it is most common in young adult males.

I'm not sure prostate cancer would show up that way. Testicular cancer, epididimitis or a hernia might. Either way, you need to get to a physician and get checked out. Whatever is going on is probably treatable, but it can't be treated if you don't know what it is. Sorry, no one is too young for cancer, unfortunately. Best wishes
