the best way to know that is for a laboratory check of tumor markers that is specific for prostate function like prostatic acid phosphatase levels. let the doctor check it to be sure, though.

Prostate cancer is so rare in young men that there are no statistics available for the disease incidence in men under 35. It's extremely rare in men under 50; over 80% of men diagnosed with it are over 65 and half of all cases occur in men over 75. Pain in your buttock is not a symptom of prostate cancer. How do you know you have a lump near your bladder? If your symptoms persist, see your doctor. But prostate cancer isn't looking likely, is it?

You can be 1 month old and have prostate cancer. Okay, your butt cheek has nothing to do with your prostate, and neither does your bladder. You may however have a hernia, I would get it looked at by a doctor. -Connor
