is prostate cancer for old men only or it may affect a 18 yrs old guy as well ? does it has any relation with anal pain (which is without blood during defecation ) ?

you need to go to the doc. but at your age id say no. anal pain. i hope your not sexual with the same sex. that could cause pain up the anal area. i have no clue. a good exam from your friendly doctor might not hurt.
