It's very rare to get it that young. You would be an outlier to get it that young b/c it would usually show up around age 50. Testicular cancer is a disease that can affect young people however and is much less likely as you grow older.

The other answerer is correct - it would be unusual at your age. Go to WebMd.com and type in prostatitis and read up on this condition and it's recommended treatments which may ease your mind a bit.

Prostate cancer is not diagnosed by a PSA and if you have prostatitis expect it to be elevated. Less than 1% of all prostate cancers occur in men under 45 years old.

Not very likely at your age. This type of cancer is an extremely slow one, so treatment options vary widely. See these links. Saw palmetto is your best, least expensive, safe, and effective bet. http://www.naturalnews.com/025859_cancer_Prostate_prostate_cancer.html http://www.cancertutor.com/Other/Prostate_Cancer.html
