The Daily Mail reports a new survey reveals 70,000 patients are expected to fly out this year. By the end of the decade – 200,000 so-called "health tourists" will travel to destinations as far as Malaysia and South Africa to get major surgery and avoid long waiting lists and the rising threat of superbugs in public hospitals.

Please explain. What data are you referring to? I understand that countries with socialized health care, play with the numbers. They delay diagnosis testing for months to artificially inflate success numbers. Perhaps he wishes to ensure that no form of Hillary-Care sees the light of day.
