Cancer isn't contagious.

Cancer is not contagious but the cells can migrate when tissues fluids travel. You might be strong enough to avoid it but you could pass on some of the cells to another man. Also throat cancer can be caused by migrating cells to another person. My opinion but my sister died way too early from cancer.

its pretty safe never heard someone getting cancer from a person who they had sex in the past?!?

As said previously, cancer isn't contagious. If you are worried the best advice is to go to your doctor and discuss it. They should put your mind at rest
