any man any age can get prostate cancer....older men are more susceptible because of the greater chance of mutation in the genes..........like many other cancers it is hard to pin point exactly why someone gets cancer........many people believe that masturbation or a full sex life helps to relieve the prostate and help prevent cancer.....

Well, men get prostrate cancer because they have prostrates and are genetically inclined towards it. (women do not have prostrate glands) It is possible for a teen to get prostrate cancer, but it is also rather unlikely. It generally only affects men who are 40+ years old.
