Those would be the nodes at the end of each semen tube. The proper anatomical terms escape me, but you are fine. Plus, your prostate is nowhere near your testes. You would need to examine yourself rectally (not that I suggest you do) to check for a cancer in that region.

Hope not, i lost my mother from that terrible deseise . It might just be that their growing or that's how you were born, but if it bothers you or hurts you I suggest you go to a doctor right away to check.

I dont think so but bigfatunderwear has an interesting story that her mom died from prostate cancer when women dont even have a prostate..Interesting..You are only 14 and prostate cancer is one of the leading causes of death in men(hence the term MEN)..You are young and i doubt you have prostate cancer.

You are young to have prostate cancer if it runs in your family you will need to have your Doctor give you a check-up to be sure on the safe side.

14 year olds do not get prostate cancer and if you did it would not appear in your testicles.

No you haven't. Prostate cancer is so rare in young men that there are no statistics for the disease incidence in men under 35. It's extremely rare in men under 50; over 80% of men diagnosed with it are over 65 and half of all cases occur in men over 75. It is unheard of in teenagers. And lumps on the testicles are not a symptom of prostate cancer. Nor, usually, are they an indication of testicular cancer, which in any case is a pretty rare cancer which usually occurs between the ages of 20 and 49. Mention your concerns to your doctor at your next appointment, so that s/he can reassure you
