When men go for their physicals their prostates are checked by the doctor each time. This is the reason for the doctor inserting a finger into the rectum and feeling the size of the prostate. If the doctor suspects anything then he will order more tests. Usually if the patient has a history of prostate cancer in the family he should pay more attention to it. Men with prostate cancer generally have no symptoms, especially in the earliest stages. This is why the screening is so important each and every time. Men should practice lifestyle young so keep their prostates healthy. The best way to do this may be through the diet. Men should consume large amounts of lycopene. Foods that contains this are; tomatoes, ketchup, watermelon, and grapefruit. Another way to approve the health of the prostate is through regular prostate milking. This refers to giving a massage to the prostate in order to cause it to ejaculate seminal fluid. Someone must put on a lubricated glove, insert their fingers into your rectal area, find the prostate, and gently stroke it along its sides. This will usually cause the prostate to initiate semen ejaculation and male orgasm, though it does not happen every time. Another reason as a man becomes more sexual aware of his body and what he enjoys, he enjoys anal play. :0) Be seeing you......
