Yes a child can. You would most likley get a urinary tract infection by doing that too often.

First of all, are you male? If so, you have a prostate and if not, you don't have a postate. It could be a simple urinary tract infection and not cancer. Prostate cancer is generally linked with old age in men when the prostate enlarges. If your problem persists tell your parents so that they can take you to a doctor. Don't start imagining things nasty like cancer.
