If a man has prostate cancer , do his sperms have cancer cells

if a man has prostate cancer , do his sperms have cancer cells?
If a man has prostate cancer, after making love with his wife , his sperms are already in his wife's body, will his wife get cancer also?

interesting question. I wonder if Cancer is genetic. but most likely it is caused by environmental conditions. so the sperm should not be affected. This is just a wild guess on my part. But I do know that the Tasmanian Devil is transmitting cancer just from fighting each other. when they bite each other it appears the cancer spreads to the one they attacked

Sperm do not pass through the prostate. It encircles the vas diferens, but is not part of it. You're not in any danger.

The prostate doesn't have anything to do with the production of sperm, so there is no "cancer cells" in the sperm. Even so, cancer is not contageous.

You can't catch cancer from a PCa sufferer. It's simply not contagious. To correct the above answers, the prostate doesn't create the sperm itself, but it does make about 25% of the volume of seminal fluid.
